SEMINAR: TRANSFORMASI PENDIDIKAN DAN USAHA DENGAN AI DIGELAR DI JEMBRANA
Jembrana, 14 Desember 2024 – Era digital semakin merambah berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia pendidikan dan bisnis. Dalam rangka memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan yang lebih luas tentang Artificial Intelligence (AI), Komisi Informatika, Hukum, dan Pemerintahan Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Kabupaten Jembrana menggelar seminar bertajuk “Implikasi dan Pemanfaatan AI dalam Transformasi Dunia Pendidikan dan Usaha”.
Seminar ini dibuka secara resmi oleh Bapak Tafsil, Lc, M.Pd.I, Ketua MUI Kabupaten Jembrana, dan Bapak Drs. Sodikin, Ketua Komisi Informatika, Hukum, dan Pemerintahan MUI Kabupaten Jembrana. Dalam sambutannya, Bapak Tafsil menyampaikan bahwa seminar ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat Jembrana mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi AI dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. “AI merupakan teknologi yang tidak bisa dihindari lagi. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi kita untuk memahami potensi AI yang dapat membantu dalam berbagai bidang, terutama di dunia pendidikan dan usaha,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Bapak Sodikin juga menekankan pentingnya literasi digital dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi. “Dengan seminar ini, kami berharap peserta dapat memanfaatkan AI dengan bijak dan kreatif untuk mendukung kemajuan pendidikan serta meningkatkan daya saing usaha di Jembrana,” katanya.
Acara yang berlangsung di Gedung Pertemuan Lt. 3 Lab Terpadu MAN 1 Jembrana ini menghadirkan dua narasumber berpengalaman, yaitu Bapak Agus Setiawan, S.Kom, MBA, M.M., dan Bapak Ir. Gunawan Budi Raharjo. Seminar ini dihadiri oleh sekitar 60 peserta yang terdiri dari akademisi, Guru, pengusaha, dan masyarakat umum yang ingin memahami lebih dalam tentang potensi dan pemanfaatan AI.
Materi yang Menarik dan Informatif
Bapak Agus Setiawan memulai sesi pertama dengan mengenalkan apa itu Artificial Intelligence (AI) secara mendalam. Ia menjelaskan bagaimana teknologi ini berkembang sejak pertama kali ditemukan hingga penggunaannya yang semakin meluas di Indonesia. “AI tidak hanya sebuah teknologi, tapi juga alat transformasi untuk menyederhanakan proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis,” ujarnya.
Agus juga memaparkan sejumlah teknologi AI populer seperti ChatGPT, Gemini, Co-Pilot, dan Perplexity, serta keunggulan masing-masing. “Misalnya, ChatGPT mampu membantu proses pendidikan dengan menjawab pertanyaan secara real-time, sedangkan Gemini sangat cocok untuk kebutuhan bisnis kreatif,” tambahnya. Lebih lanjut, Agus membahas potensi besar AI dalam mengubah cara guru mengajar, mahasiswa belajar, hingga pengusaha menjalankan bisnisnya.
Belajar Membuat Prompt yang Efektif
Dalam sesi ini, peserta diajarkan bagaimana membuat prompt—instruksi tertulis yang diberikan kepada AI—yang efektif untuk mendapatkan hasil terbaik. “Kemampuan membuat prompt yang jelas dan terarah adalah kunci untuk memanfaatkan AI secara optimal, baik untuk menjawab pertanyaan pendidikan maupun kebutuhan bisnis,” ungkap Agus.
Peserta diberikan panduan tentang bagaimana cara menulis prompt yang spesifik dan relevan, serta mencoba langsung menulis berbagai skenario. Salah seorang guru peserta seminar, Ibu Indah Ratna, menyampaikan kesannya setelah mengikuti sesi ini. “Ternyata menulis prompt itu seperti memberikan arahan kepada siswa, semakin jelas dan terarah arahan kita, semakin baik pula hasil yang diberikan. Sesi ini membuat saya berpikir ulang tentang cara saya berkomunikasi, tidak hanya dengan AI tetapi juga dengan siswa di kelas,” ujarnya dengan antusias.
Ibu Rika juga menambahkan bahwa sesi ini membuka wawasannya tentang bagaimana AI dapat digunakan untuk membuat materi ajar interaktif dan menarik. “Saya sudah tidak sabar mencoba membuat soal ujian menggunakan bantuan AI dengan prompt yang efektif,” tambahnya.
Penggunaan AI Melalui WhatsApp
Sesi kedua diisi oleh Bapak Gunawan Budi Raharjo, yang menyoroti penggunaan AI melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. “AI kini bisa digunakan di aplikasi yang sangat dekat dengan kehidupan kita sehari-hari, seperti WhatsApp. Contohnya, guru dapat memanfaatkan fitur chatbot AI untuk mengelola tugas siswa, sementara pengusaha bisa menggunakannya untuk meningkatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan,” jelasnya.
Gunawan juga mempraktikkan secara langsung cara Menggunakan AI DI WA yang bisa digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan, baik di pendidikan maupun bisnis.
Antusiasme Peserta
Seminar ini mendapat sambutan hangat dari para peserta. Salah seorang peserta, Rita, seorang guru SMP, mengatakan bahwa seminar ini sangat membantunya memahami bagaimana teknologi AI dapat meningkatkan metode pengajaran di kelas. “Materinya sangat praktis dan aplikatif. Saya jadi tahu bagaimana memanfaatkan AI dalam WhatsApp dan menulis prompt yang efektif untuk kebutuhan belajar siswa,” katanya.
Fasilitas dan Kenyamanan
Peserta seminar juga mendapatkan fasilitas menarik seperti e-certificate dan coffee break, yang menambah kenyamanan selama mengikuti acara. Narahubung acara, Moh. Ali Hasan Al Banna, mengatakan bahwa seminar ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal bagi masyarakat Jembrana untuk lebih mengenal dan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
Dengan terselenggaranya seminar ini, MUI Jembrana berharap masyarakat dapat memahami bahwa AI bukanlah ancaman, melainkan alat yang harus dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi, baik di dunia pendidikan maupun usaha.
