Workshop Ikatan Cendikiawan Muslim Indonesia (ICMI) Kabupaten Jembrana: Peran Cendikiawan Muslim dalam Mengawal dan Mensosialisasikan Kebijakan Pemerintah
Jembrana, 16 Desember 2023 – Ikatan Cendikiawan Muslim Indonesia (ICMI) Kabupaten Jembrana bekerja sama dengan Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Kabupaten Jembrana sukses menggelar workshop dengan tema Peran Cendikiawan Muslim dalam Mengawal dan Mensosialisasikan Kebijakan Pemerintah. Acara yang diselenggarakan pada Sabtu, 16 Desember 2023, di MIN 3 Jembrana ini dihadiri oleh berbagai tokoh, cendikiawan, dan masyarakat yang sangat antusias untuk berdiskusi mengenai peran penting mereka dalam mendukung kebijakan pemerintah.
Pembukaan oleh Ketua ICMI Orda Jembrana, Bapak Agus Setiawan, S.Kom, MBA, M.M
Workshop dimulai dengan sambutan dari Bapak Agus Setiawan, Ketua ICMI Orda Jembrana. Dalam pembukaannya, beliau menekankan betapa pentingnya peran cendikiawan Muslim dalam mengawal kebijakan pemerintah, baik di tingkat pusat maupun daerah. “Sebagai cendikiawan, kita memiliki tanggung jawab untuk tidak hanya menerima kebijakan, tetapi juga untuk mengedukasi masyarakat dan memastikan kebijakan tersebut dipahami dengan baik. Kita harus menjadi jembatan yang menghubungkan kebijakan pemerintah dengan masyarakat, terutama dalam konteks pembangunan yang berpihak pada kesejahteraan umat,” ungkap beliau dengan penuh semangat.
Sambutan oleh Ketua MUI Kabupaten Jembrana, KH. Tafsil, LC, M.PDi
Setelahnya, KH. Tafsil, LC, M.PDi, Ketua MUI Kabupaten Jembrana, memberikan sambutan yang sangat menggugah. Beliau mengingatkan para peserta mengenai pentingnya menjaga kerukunan dan mendukung kebijakan yang dapat memperkuat kehidupan umat Islam dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. “Pemerintah sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam penerapan kebijakan. Oleh karena itu, kita sebagai ulama dan cendikiawan harus turut serta dalam memberikan pemahaman yang jelas kepada umat agar kebijakan yang ada dapat diterima dan diterapkan dengan baik. Kita tidak hanya perlu mengawal kebijakan, tetapi juga memberikan solusi yang konstruktif untuk kemajuan bangsa,” tegasnya.
Sambutan oleh Ketua MUI Wilayah Bali, Drs. H. Mahrusun Hadyono, M.Pd.I
Drs. H. Mahrusun Hadyono, M.Pd.I, Ketua MUI Wilayah Bali, turut memberikan pandangannya mengenai pentingnya keterlibatan cendikiawan Muslim dalam menciptakan kebijakan yang inklusif dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Beliau menekankan bahwa keberhasilan kebijakan tidak hanya diukur dari segi implementasinya, tetapi juga dari bagaimana kebijakan tersebut diterima oleh masyarakat. “Cendikiawan Muslim harus berada di garda terdepan dalam membantu pemerintah mensosialisasikan kebijakan, terlebih dalam menghadapi tantangan global yang semakin kompleks. Kita harus mampu menjelaskan kebijakan dengan cara yang dapat diterima oleh semua lapisan masyarakat,” ujar beliau dengan tegas.
Paparan Materi oleh Narasumber
Workshop dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi oleh dua narasumber utama yang memberikan wawasan tentang kebijakan pemerintah dan peran cendikiawan Muslim.
Bapak H. Bambang Santoso, M.A., Senator DPD Bali (periode 2019-2024), berbicara mengenai peran cendikiawan Muslim dalam dunia politik dan kebijakan publik. Dalam penjelasannya, beliau menyampaikan bagaimana kebijakan pemerintah di tingkat nasional dapat memengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat di tingkat lokal. “Sebagai senator, saya terus berupaya untuk menyuarakan kepentingan masyarakat, dan saya percaya bahwa peran cendikiawan Muslim sangat penting dalam mengawal proses pembuatan kebijakan, mulai dari tingkat pusat hingga daerah,” paparnya. Beliau juga mengingatkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah yang sukses harus disertai dengan pemahaman yang mendalam dari masyarakat.
Muhammad Zainal Abidin, SH, CCL, CLI, seorang praktisi dan pengamat kebijakan, memberikan perspektif yang lebih teknis mengenai implementasi kebijakan di tingkat lokal. Dalam pemaparannya, beliau menyampaikan berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi pemerintah dalam menerapkan kebijakan, termasuk masalah komunikasi dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap kebijakan yang ada. “Sebagai praktisi, saya melihat pentingnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mendukung kebijakan. Cendikiawan Muslim memiliki peran penting dalam mengedukasi dan menyampaikan kebijakan dengan cara yang lebih mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat,” ujar beliau. Beliau juga menyoroti pentingnya sinergi antara pemerintah, ulama, dan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan kebijakan yang efektif.
Diskusi Interaktif dan Penutupan
Sesi diskusi interaktif menjadi puncak dari acara ini, di mana para peserta workshop memberikan pertanyaan seputar topik yang telah dibahas. Diskusi berlangsung sangat dinamis, dengan para narasumber memberikan jawaban yang sangat mendalam dan aplikatif. Beberapa peserta menyampaikan keprihatinan mengenai kesenjangan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap kebijakan pemerintah, dan bagaimana cendikiawan Muslim bisa menjadi agen perubahan dalam hal ini.
